Development Center

Our state-of-the-art development center is located in Mechernich / Obergartzem near Cologne. On almost 1500 square meters, we devote ourselves to the development of power and eco optimizations, V-Max cancellations, gear optimizations, as well as turbo and supercharger kits. Almost all work on the vehicle can be carried out on eight modern workstations with lifting platforms, such as the installation of downpipes / exhaust systems, turbochargers, intercoolers, rims and sports suspensions. An additional 4-post lift with wheel alignment system and Andytec tracktool measurement system enable precise and reliable data at suspension setting work for road, clubsport and motorsport vehicles.

The coordination and further development of the software and hardware for cars takes place on a modern Superflow SF880 high-performance dyno. Measurements of up to 1200 kW per axle for vehicles with all-wheel, front-wheel and rear-wheel drive are easily possible.

We develop truck consumption optimizations on our Maha LPS 3000 truck function and performance test bench. The maximum measurable wheel power is 660 kW.

Eco software optimizations for agricultural machinery such as tractors, combine harvesters and forage harvesters, we use a Hetra W500 power take-off dynamometer. The mobile test bench is designed for measurements up to 500 kW and 6600 Nm torque.

Our extensively tested and internationally recognized software and hardware optimizations are manufactured in extensive development work and will be used worldwide. We have been producing our software products ourselves for over 15 years. Every new development is carefully tried and tested on the various performance test benches until an optimal result is achieved. This is the only way we can offer you the highest quality standards. In 2019 alone, over 1000 optimizations for cars and over 500 optimizations for trucks, construction machinery and agricultural vehicles guarantee satisfied customers.
