Stage 3 Performance Upgrade for BMW M40d and 40d models

We are now offering a Stage 3 performance upgrade with hardware modifications for a large number of BMW M40d and 40d models from the G-series. The installed B57 3.0 liter six-cylinder diesel engine delivers 340 hp and 700 Nm torque in stock condition. Thanks to our newly developed Stage 3 upgrade, we achieve a performance result of a whopping 475 hp and 820 Nm, which corresponds to an additional power of 135 hp and 120 Nm of torque! In addition to the engine and gearbox software, Stage 3 includes an upgrade turbocharger and is available including assembly from €8,999.00. For vehicles manufactured from July 2020 onwards, the engine control unit must be unlocked, which incurs additional costs.

Stage 3 is available for the following vehicles:

• BMW M340d xDrive G20/G21 (340 hp /700 Nm)
• BMW 540d xDrive G30/G31 (340 hp / 700 Nm)
• BMW 740d xDrive G11/G12 (340 hp / 700 Nm)


• BMW X3 M40d xDrive G01 (340 hp / 700 Nm)
• BMW X4 M40d xDrive G02 (340 hp / 700 Nm)
• BMW X5 xDrive40d G05 (340 hp / 700 Nm)
• BMW X6 xDrive40d G06 (340 hp / 700 Nm)
• BMW X7 xDrive40d G07 (340 hp / 700 Nm)

Of course, we also offer a Stage 1 and Stage 2 upgrade for all models, which consists of pure software optimization.
