In a few days the 24h-race starts on the legendary Nürburgring-Nordschleife. More than 200 touring cars and GT cars transform the Eifel to a paradise for all motorsport enthusiasts. Also mcchip-dkr will be a part of this motorsport-highlight and sends regular driver Dieter Schmidtmann in the race. This will be driving a Porsche 991 GT3 Cup MR from our motorsport partner Manthey-Racing, along with Marco Schelp, Andreas Ziegler and Peter Scharmach. The vehicle was built by the SP7 regulations, thereby ranking among the top 30 is entirely possible. According to a ninth place overall at the 24h-qualifying race in mid-April we look positively to the upcoming 24h-race on the longest racetrack in the world. The first free practice sessions began on Thursday, 14th May. The start of the 24-h race takes place on Saturday, 16th May at 04:00 p.m.
