The development of our "mc320" kit for the BMW 220i with 2.0 Turbo engine is now complete, after many dyno runs and test drives. The stock power of 184 hp and 270 Nm has been increased significantly by the use of a downpipe, 200cspi sportcat, upgrade turbocharger and software optimisation. Not less than 320 hp, 435 Nm and a maximum speed of 260 km/h now ensure for a lot of driving pleasure in the Bavarian rear-wheel drive car. The first in prototype installed larger intercooler did not provide any advantage towards the stock intercooler and resulted more in poorer response of the engine. Immediately the complete kit incl. mounting is available for € 6,399.00.
