Street legal BMW M2 Clubsport conversion
A Clubsport conversion is just the right thing for anyone who likes to drive a road car on the race track but still wants to be suitable for everyday use. In order to achieve better driving characteristics and more safety at the limit, we rely on high-quality components that we have been using in our company and racing vehicles for many years!
A good suspension, such as the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension, makes a big difference in driving dynamics. Stepless lowering and the click adjustment for rebound and compression offer perfect adjustment options. A KW Clubsport toe link set enables an extended toe adjustment range on the rear axle. After installation, the M2 received a wheel alignment to determine the exact height of the coilover suspension, toe-in and camber values and the individual wheel loads.
Modified hardware components ensure thermal relief for the engine. A Wagner Competition EVO 1 intercooler increases the charge air volume and has a larger inflow area. The built-in HJS downpipe with 300 cpsi stainless steel catalyst not only gives the M2 a better sound. The exhaust back pressure is reduced, thus relieving the turbocharger. An aluminum charge pipe replaces the factory plastic pipe. This is significantly more durable, increases airflow and reduces air turbulence.
The installed steel braided lines ensure better braking performance! A more direct response and shorter braking distances at low and high braking temperatures offer an increased level of safety! Most recently, the M2 received new original BMW brake pads and Ravenol 325+ Racing brake fluid. In order to maintain suitability for everyday use, we offer the whole package as street legal version!
